    Gold and Silver Water Hunt

    I got a rare day off and hit a new water spot with the MX Sport today.

    I always show everthing I dig for the hunt

    Silver always comes out black but Nickles and Gold always look perfect !
    Mercs are 1940, 1942, 1943D and the Rosie 1962D
    The Buff is 1927 and Gold Ring tested 12k.

    The gold ring didn't have any readable mark inside but looks old !

    Great finds! I always think it cool to see nickles come out of the water...they often look great. Love that gold ring!

    Congrats on the gold ring! It is beautiful. It's funny how nickels and cents come out of the water looking shiny. I've seen that in water detecting videos before.

    I also find it fascinating that one of the Mercury Dimes was in a plastic coin purse. Pretty cool!

    Nice finds. I forgot what gold looks like!! Water levels are still high. The wheats sometimes comes out new but then turns orange after an hour!! That’s crazy you got that in that wallet. I found one preserved in the hardpack also but was empty! Congrats on the old yellow
