Inspired by starman2's persistance at digging in the cement that used to be Michigan. rofl
I headed out to the old fair grounds in town with the E-trac. They just had a bluegrass festival there last weekend so i figured i could at least get some surface finds.
I decided to hunt the area where people set up their campers and tents at fair time
as it's an area they have used for many years and it has alot of shade trees. I figured it would be easier to dig in that area.
Well, i hit a couple surface quarters and four dimes that were only under a little dirt and a few pennies.
Then i got a big signal bouncing 47-48 and showing several inches deep. And i knew i would have to dig it up.
It turned out to be an 1876 cc Seated quarter, my first seated quarter! :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01:
