Hello all ,
Saturday June 23rd - A family member shared with me about a location out in the woods that they used to project movies from. There was a small projector room and a concession window. I found the location and there was a cement slab and lots of junk strewn about... Electrictal wiring, light sockets, door hardware, benches pieces with lots of nails sticking out... It wasn't a big spot, but lots and lots of junk targets to sort through...
Glass fuses, light bulb ends, pieces of cans, pop caps with cork still in them, small coke bottles... a couple of copper memorials... then a nice 12/45 @ 3...

More fuses, junk, and more junk... a couple of wheat backed pennies... then another 12/45 @ 3-4...

Sunday June 24th... I had planned on detecting at 2 previously hammered sites. I have not visited these 2 simes in almost a year as I hadn't got much with the E-Trac recently...
The first site is an old school that has uielded dozens of wheats and 10+ silver coins... but today... other than clad... I got one wheat...
The second site is a town green that has yielded half cents, coppers, KG II, a 1785 Nova, Barbers, Merc's, many Indians... but the last few visits... nothing to speak of... The first 30-45 minutes were quiet... I was gridding slowly...
Indians started popping... I got the 1st 2 6-7 about 10 minutes apart...

Next keeper was a 37-38 conductive target @ 7... Most target from this depth at this location are keepers... but those were odd conductive tones... I was thinking a deep screw cap... but when I popped the deep plug... There it was small piece of metal, wait... shiny.... silver shiny...

Then I got a 10 40 - 41... Bright pops in the signal, but broken signal at best... Nothing else around it... So lets dig...
Its a nice concave button... Says Scovills - Waterbury on the back:

I worked down to a large tree on the back corner and got 2 more Indians 4-5 about 8-10 apart...
