Rob came over to my house about 7 AM and off we went. I had gotten a PM from Tim and he was a no go as his wife was working today. Hopefully next weekend. So Rob and I head off to where he had noticed some sidewalks being torn up. We arrived, he went left I went right. Boy there sure was alot of junk and all that we got was a wheatie each.
We then went to a small park which last time I was there I managed 6 wheats and a silver wash. The section that I concentrated on was the section right behind where the old school was (which is now an apartment building). Well I cranked up the sensitivity and away I went. Grided out a small section and got 10 wheats,1916, 1918, 1926, 1930D, 1936, 1942, 1944 X 2, 1946, and a 195:clapping:. Also squeaked out a IH, which for right now all I can see is 188-. Also managed a silver, 1924S merc, very well worn but I am not complaining.
Rob got himself another wheat at the park.
It was a great morning, the weather was great, the company was great ad the digging was great. I am actualy starting to think that I am getting a handle on this V3i.
