Need help identifying some iron relics

I found these two objects a while back. I have no idea on either. My hunting partner figures the cleat looking one was to wrap a rope around, but were not sure. Any help on either will be greatly appreciated Thanks and HH

Hey Brandon the bottom one is definately a strap hinge that went to a door .
