Went over to my neighbors house tonight and he (they) gave me the go ahead again. I had previously done this yard a couple times with the Prizm IV. Managed to get a 1944 wash and a military button, shank included. The back says EXTRA QUALITY and I think A M P CO. Got a couple of wheats, all from the forties and a religious medal.

The bugs are out already, it's gonna be a bad bug year.

Hope the pics are okay, I have a hard time getting the flash not to go off.

Hey! great hunt Al. Silver quarters don't come often enough these days. Nice find. There is history in that button. What ever the date, is was worn by one of our best!

A silver quarter and an old button. Nothing wrong with those finds. :clapping: And the bugs are out? :shocked01: It's going to be a pain this summer then. :crying02:
 
Killed a skitter last night myself, while raking the yard, with no silver quarter or historic button. Great hunt you had, WTG!!!
 
Nice hunt, Al! I agree with Jack, silver quarters don't turn up too often.

Yeah, the bugs have been terrible here too, and it's still winter. Mosquitos and gnats. It makes me worry about how bad they're going to get this year. Ugh.
 
You sure that's a quarter? I think it might be a Copper rofl...I think you're getting confused in your old age lol
