Hit a new site today, which, as far as I know, goes back to the 30s, so I was surprised to dig an IH and possibly an old button. The site is huge, and the targets were very sparse, but I also grabbed some silver -- pair of mercs and a religious pendant.
The IH is abused, but I can barely get a date: 1901.
The button was quite deep, and is very abused. It is from Scovill MFG of Waterbury. It looks very similar to button B4183 from this site --

but there are some differences. The eagle is holding 12 arrows (my guess is actually 13, but can't make that out), the background is lined rather than plain, and it is 28mm wide. Otherwise, that is the general gist of what it looks like.
If anyone can offer up a guess as to the approximate age of the button, I'd be grateful. HH everyone.
