Another Day At The Nature Center With The DFX

Another decent day here in Michigan. Decided to give the nature center another try with the DFX. Went back over areas that I have all ready done, with the XLT. Found another $4.70 in quarters, dimes, and nickles. One Wheatie, and some pennies. Not bad for an area that I have hammered all summer! As usual though. No Silver. One thing I want to know is. How can newer money, get so far down in the ground? I was measuring with the Lesche. The hole was all the way up to the hilt. Which is 6 inches. Yet I found a 1920's Merc at 2 inches, earlier this summer at the same location. Thats why I keep going back. There has to be more! Go DFX!!

No matter what, nobody gets it all. Depth of coins has always mystified me....so I gave up trying to figure it out. Glad that Michigans weather is holding out for your continued Md'ing.
