weathe change leads to gold and silver

From the land of the Bluenose.....after 4 days being cooped up in a hotel at a union course I was stir crazy. The snow from the storm the other day had receded exposing plush sweet green and bare earth!

Navy Davy and I headed to a local park . Some places there was no snow!

Hit an area on top of a knoll and ND pulled out the gold!

Whereas all I could muster up was a 1961 silver dime.

Knees began to creak, breathing became labored and the sky a dusty dark. Um! Time to go.

ND ended up with a nice gold ring, dinkie and 37 coins! ND this is why I always take 2 if not 3 photos with this one not the best either.

Still sucking it up at not getting the I/C job at work after doing it on and off for the past 3 years. Part and parcel of being on the union executive! <;)

The finds look good for the both of you. Can't say i care for the angle of picture number 2!
Is a dinkie a Canadian term for a hot wheels car? <;)
Looks like a great place to hunt.
