Hey guys,
My Uncle and I hit a farm field that dates back to the 1850's. My Uncle came up with the button. I found the 1943 merc, Buster Brown spoon, horseshoe, buckle, and musket ball. All finds were found 5 inches and under. Thanks for looking!

Assuming the bullet's owner wasn't injured and biting the bullet I read that chewed bullets are also called dumdum bullets which splatter on impact causing more damage. Nice finds Andy, you going back there?

Thanks guys for the replies and the info on the musket ball. I plan on hitting it again tomorrow if it don't rain hard.
