I've been wanting a stand for the DFX ,but didn't want to spend much money.
So I made my own. I was serching the web and different forums for some ideas.
I almost took an idea from Lowjiber (sooo close !)
I really liked the one Whites offers but it wasn't quite tall enough, and it is narrower at the bottom than at the top.
I wanted mine to be wider at the base and taller.
The control box is 5 wide ,so I made my base 6 wide.
The rear of the box would sit in the wet grass and mud before, now it sits 4 off the ground(with the rubber feet its 4 1/2).
That should do it !

Hey, did ya bend that with your bare hands Superman? lol Nice job. That seems to be the best and simplest design. Works great and doesn't get in the way of anything. Makes you wonder why all these other stands are made wrong

Tim that worked out great thumbsup01 A nice no nonsense design... I like the height too, most stands only give you an inch or two.

Thanks Jimmy!
That's where I was coming from, even at a mowed yard or park, the shorter stands wouldn't be tall enough to get the box ,up and out of the wet grass.
Thanks again

I've got to figure out a way to cut down on production time.
It took me about 6-7 hrs. to make one.
It was my first crack at it so there was some stop and think about this time involved
I think I am going to make a few more . PM me I can whip up a few more.
