I dug some keepers and like to share it with y'all- They said it's hunted out ! :tongue:

Got a Springfield Mass trolley token, a colonial flat button, along with all those Indians. Some silvers here and there, but my favorite is the weird padlock dated 1887. Whole lot of trash too. The 1916 plain was a heart breaker again!! Oh well.

Someone told you that place is hunted out?Boy ,that's a laugh!Sweet finds.Did you find that whole tribe of indians in one hunt?

This definitely looks like a great place to spend some time searching. You've managed some beautiful keepers so far.
A bunch of IH's, sweet silver (plus the almost 1916D :) ) and a very unique lock. :drool:

:perfect10: NOT BAD! I still enjoy finding the IH's. You never know when you'll find a Key date. I found a 1870 once and it's worth as much or more than some of my LG. Cents. It also was a hit site, but I got it by working around a Pricker bush. Well worth the hassle.

Excellent recoveries, really like that lock. Not to say that the silvers aren't impressive also. Congrats, now go get some more

Nice finds! Wouldnt it have been nice to hunt that spot shortly after that picture was taken. Very cool photo of times long past.

I love that old padlock too! Barber Dime, silver quarter, and a 1916 Merc!
