lonely merc today

Got a 1942 merc today only about 2 inches down, i could detect it with my pinpointer , also a lonely wheat , up in bankston church Joe,

I;m a Musician, can't help it .... hey i did a show back in 1978 with Shanana and Dr. Hook, we were the opening act on a 3 act show , i met Bowzer and Lenny , and ray sawyer (from dr Hook)
 
That's a nice one Dave. :clapping: The weather was perfect today... it was very hard not being able to hunt. crying01
The Merc was sure shallow. It's nice when you get a pleasant surprise from a shallow target.
There is an area very close to there where I have seen old pictures of CW soldiers gathered. It's been on my list
of places to detect for quite sometime. Gonna have to dig that research out again. :interesting:
