I finally talked Dave into a hunt at the park. It worked out nicely for both of us. :happydance01:

When we first arrived, Dave asked to let him know when I got over a promising signal. In quick order I was calling him over to check
out a potential coin. I mentioned to him that there was definitely a nail in there but sounded like a coin down there too.

Dug the plug and the first thing out after pinpointing was... a nail. A few more inches down a nice shiny disc landed
on my towel... another Carson City Seated dime. <:

A short while later the next shiny that came out with a handful of dirt was a 1914 Barber dime.

Add a few old nickels into the mix and you end up with a fun hunt with a friend.

I say you had an awsome hunt,CC's are hard to come by, the barber, buff and V are good finds too,wtg.
