Need help on date and maker

I found this at a new Civil War site . I know its a three prong fork . But this one is made with a knife on one side . Has any one ever found one . And can any one put a date and maker on it , or a picture . Thanks for any help .

Hidy JT. I was up there last fall and nothing was there , unless they have moved . They didnt have much there anyway about two years ago .
