Bell-Two

Doug, Diane and I went out for a short hunt on Tuesday; we decided to hit a park where we had never hunted before. First off we saw the grass was quite high so it made swinging the coil difficult but we were determined to hunt anyway. My first target was a solid 12-12 to 12-11 sounded good and dug a Canadian nickel that was a first for me. Doug found a couple of wheaties then came over to where Diane and I were hunting holding a clod of dirt, he said check the signal on this. Diane first checked it and said “It sounds really good” I then checked it and it gave a solid 12-44 but with that sweet high tone of silver. He broke the clod and you could see the edge of a silver dime a very nice 1944-S Merc. I turned up a wheatie and a bunch of clad and then it was time to go.
