Thurs after work went back to old colonial home with barnhole in back. dug 3 of these weird round decorative brass things.the home owner wanted one and i gave him one.they locked in on quarter at 5 inches and all 3 times was expecting a large cent.any idea's?
also the wooden handled knife & it may be a real gold pocket watch case front.gotta test it.
today got out with Frank to 3 cellar holes.they were hammered pretty good but snuck out a few relics.
a old designed locket/pendent, 2 buttons and a bridle rosette

Very nice finds! Those brass things look like something that came off of a piece of furniture or something, but not sure.

I think they meant the flowered locket :thinkingabout: Do those brass pieces have threads inside the center flower pattern? Could they have been part of a tap and die set? Nice rosette and I hope that pocket watch back is gold :happydance01:

No, I was thinking on the inside of the flower pattern. Was wondering if it was an old die from a tap and die set (used to make threads) Probably not that anyways lol My second guess is a caveman's Spirograph piece.
