My First older dated nickel!!

I went hunting down the block at a soccer field and I found my first V nickel 1899! You can tell it has been laying in the ground for awhile, I dug a plug at five and a half inches and it popped out very pleased with my find.

Congrats on the V nickel :clapping: They look so old when thay come out of the ground. I remember finding my first one at a park and I wasn't really sure what I had, but I knew it was old. lol That was a long time ago :yes: It deserves a special place in your collection. I wish I had done a collection of firsts. :thinkingabout: That would be one cool looking collection.
