I had a great Saturday of hunting today!

Well, great by my standards!

I found a sweet spot that yielded a bunch of wheat cents and silver dimes. I even found two Indian Heads. Almost every hole I dug contained an old coin, and there was almost no junk at all. Now THAT'S FUN! It was a grassy area between the post office and community building in a small town near here. I ended up with the following coins:

2 Indian Head Cents - 1891, 1906
37 Wheat Cents - several dated in the teens and 20s
17 Memorial Cents
1 Jefferson Nickel - 1982 (My first E-Trac nickel! Finally!)
6 Mercury Dimes - 1936, 1939D, 1941, 1941, 1944, 1944
2 Silver Roosevelt Dimes - 1946, 1952D
2 Clad Dimes
1 Clad Quarter

I don't have any of them cleaned up yet, but here are some pics. It was a fun day!
