Hidy to all. Went back, trying to find the Camp. It was kinda wet so had to stay on the hills , at old home places. Didnt find anything concerning Civil War dont think. I did put some pictures of three more places I have been hunting , one has a pot of GOLD in it somewhere. The old house is on the east side of where I have been hunting , where Forrest Camped. The people were almost finished building it when N.B. Forrest was there. It was finished in 1864. And yes I made a quick walk over the yard , found a nickle. + three WW One buttons one had a wire in the shank ,, and a foreign coin need some help on that Del. or anyone with a date ,, and finally found a Falstaff top to go with my 50 anniversary token looking for a bottle to hang it on. The rest I not for sure. Good luck to all & H.H.

beautiful countryside CWN , great pictures , your foriegn coin is a chinese cash coin (thier usually pretty old ) i think these were carried for good luck ( a coin in your pocket with a hole in it was good luck back then ) as lots of them seem to be recovered . theres a wbsite somewhere that walks you through deciphering the symbols on the coin to figure out the emperor in power to figure out the date . nice hunt :peace: :peace:
