I went back to the old fairgrounds today hoping that i could get more good stuff.
I spent about three hours there and found a small handful of clad a brass fitting a large copper grommet a car wash/no cash value token and a tie clip from the third national bank of Nashville.
After all that i decided to swing a straight line back to my truck on the other side of the field. Just my side of the fence from my truck maybe 6 feet i got a nice penny/dime signal at 5 and a half inches. But it was only good in one direction so it had me confused.
But i decided to dig it anyway. And at the bottom of the hole is my first mercury dime! :loveit:

I'm loveing the old fairgrounds and i'm loving the V3i!!!!

Great score on the merc RaZr thumbsup01 I always keep all the copper I find, if it's too big to carry in my pocket then I'll make a trip back to my truck with it.
