4TH COPPER,SPANISH SILVER & A KNEE BUCKLE

a few buttons here and there,dug the same type as i did the other day.flower pattern in oval so,there goes my military hopes on the 1st one.
got a 1941-S Washington,a wheatie 1937,a memorial penny,then i saw mangled plow damaged silver in the hole.was so worn i said to Jessie it's gotta be a spanish half reale(you can make out the last few letters of carolus). got a no date draped bust Large cent,a lead seal and a plow damaged knee buckle.
so sad to see how these farm field coppers come out crying01
any ideas on the green patina'd tool type thing?
this field has given up 5 colonial coppers and 4 silvers so far.gonna keep workin this field for all its worth.

That's the ticket :clapping: Great hunt Dave :happydance01: Congrats on the Spanish silver...one of my goals this year ;) I'm not sure that is plow damage though :thinkingabout: It may be a love token. Too many bends on such a small coin for it to be a plow, so my guess is the pie crust look is to impress the lady. 8) Just a guess though. Always nice to see a Draped Bust pop up in any condition. Nice easy digging too...no saplings or roots to get in your way lol

well somebody is a horrible pie maker in the love token dept.theres no hole either G so,i'd rule out any pie crust theory.if ya seen it in person you'd say oh yeah thats from getting pushed around into rocks etc lol
