More clad from the schoolyard -and 2 silver

Last week ( Feb. 19) I totlotted a school park area and wound up with 104 coins in 2 1/2 hours.

I figured there could be a few more that I might have missed, so I returned to check it out.

I missed some............... :omg:

Those kids much have real nice parents, because they lost a nice amount of clad in the woodchips, in just a weeks time. :yes:

I then searched the grass areas along one of the fence lines. When I went to school many, many, many years ago, after recess was over, we lined up along the fence to go back inside. Guess they still do that, because I dug quite a few coins close to the fence.

Even dug a 1951 quarter, and a 1955 dime along the fence where the kids lined up. Dug a few trash items ...but not many. It was a very good day !!!!!!!! :happydance01: :happydance01:

The school was built in the late 1920's, and has had some fill dirt scattered over the grounds in some sections.

That is a Washington Dollar coin... I like to find those dollar coins. They add up much quicker than Zincolns....... thumbsup01

I'm lucky to find one Chuckie Cheese token in the tot lots in my area.. I always go to the grass first now.. then over to the tot lot before I get ready to leave.
