I live near Lexington off Versailles Road. Any advice on how to get permission to hunt old homestead sites? I prefer hunting old parks but am quickly realizing that around here I'm going to have to focus on private property.

The soil is pretty easy on the coins in your area... especially the nickels and coppers. thumbsup01

The wort thing they could tell you is no but you may be surprised at how many people will give you permission to search their property. Don't procrastinate, if you see a spot pursue it before some else beats you to it.

Hi Dave and Linda... thank you! I try to avoid Nicholasville Road whenever possible for my own sanity lol but when I get that far, I do like Nicholasville :yes: Thank you for the advice.
