Awesome score on the gold ring Cliffy thumbsup01 I've yet to find my first gold for the year, this time last year I found a nice big class ring myself but I sure didn't get many in 2010, I did get quite a few silver rings though.

About time some gold showed up in your pouch! If I ain't mistaken, by this time last year, you had half a dozen esquisite pieces. If you've been letting me have a chance in 2011 by handicapping me, it really ain't necessary. I aim to do well this year!

Hows your weather down Arizona way? I would imagine your conditions are perfect for hunting right now. Certainly heat shouldn't be an issue for you!

Thanks everyone! Needed to break the ice sometime soon and today was the day. It is a real one and the vdi was jumping backwards from 12 to 11 @ 2 inches. Don't know why but I think I have a bad cell in my batterypack, for it drained real fast for some reason. This one was about 8 ft off the back of the only bench at a ball park. Also my other fishing find for the morning. thumbsup01 Sorry for the bad cellphone pic.
