I don't know if this has been posted here or not but it shows alot of good old places to detect just get permission first. Have fun. Put in your state. On the next screen put the county in you want to inquire about. Next screen scroll down the left side and enjoy.

No problem. You will find that sometimes it will be off a bit. One old country school that was still standing when i was a kid actually set close to the road and it shows it in the opposite corner of the field. Luckily the field is only about 3 or 4 acres. Not much of a problem if i can get permission to hunt the field. I think for the most part these directions will get you close.

Going back into the archives here, but this site is still up and works good. Not complete by any means-at least in my state-but I did find several places I was completely unaware of including a couple close to where I grew up! Who knew?
But commenting here to bring it back to the forefront.
