V3i Trigger Forward Options

I posted this on a DX-1 thread but thought it might be more appropriate here.

I've heard that some V3i users with the DX-1 like to be able to lock into pinpoint mode (trigger forward). While reading up on how to do this I noticed that there are two options available, Pinpoint Scan and Pinpoint Meter.

V31 users who do this can you please tell me which one you prefer and why.

i pull my trigger back while using the dx-1. just the way i do it ..as far as the settings. i have no idea , probably whatever is stock on m/m pro....................................i love mixed mode :huh:
