Full Metal Digger

Howdy diggers,
With only 1 hour under my belt using the E-Trac, I got out today for about 2 hours. Mostly just to learn the machine and see how different targets sound. I went to the spot at that old park that had been most productive for my ACE 250. WIthin 10 minutes, I heard a small squeak (showed as a 13-42 on the display) at about 9 or 10 inches and dug down (not knowing what to expect). After I got the hole about 8 inches deep, I put my propointer in the hole and got a good signal. I dug out a couple more inches and checked again with the pinpointer and there was no signal so I knew whatever it was was out of the hole. I scanned the pile of dirt and was surprised to see the back of a barber dime appear! It is dated 1899. A few feet later, I got another deep squeak and got an 1885 IH. 15 minutes later, I got another barber dime (1908)! WOW, first three good hits and they are all old coins! I was thinking like shooting fish in a barrel! Here's some pics. I will be posting a video this weekend. HH and on-on.
