Well I had my first two silver day on Wednesday :grin:. A like new 1964 Roosevelt dime and a 1943 S war nickel. It felt really good to do that at least once before the year is out. I maybe have 2 weeks left to detect at the most as I live in the midwest and its gettin a bit nippy here lately. I just sent my camera off to be fixed so I should be able to post some pics here soon including the little kids treasure I found buried next to a tree at the end of summer. It consisted of 8 toy cars and a seashell. Three of the cars are 1970s Hotwheels including a flying colors pop up top dragster, two are matchbox, one unidentified semi-truck with trailer and two plastic cigar racers. It was real cool to see them pop out of the soil one after the other. Im finally starting to get better at this so im feeling a lot better about my hunts. Thanks for all the help people especially cybersage whos last little bit of advice made a world of diffenence in how I went about my hunting. HH!
