Vintage Military pin?

Found this at a cellar hole site that has produced a wide range of finds dating from the 1700's all the way up to a 1923 Wheatie. I cant find anything on this pin....please someone help..... :confused:

Hey Jesse, How about listing the different words on there. I can't make them out and when I enlarge it, they get fuzzy lol or is it just my eyes :confused:
