I was itching all day to get out and find some goodies... so tonight I got home and grabbed the detector and headed out while there was still some sun left.

I went back to the place I found the Barber quarter and dime on Monday.

No silver this time, but I found a couple of goodies.

The Good -

Yeah, that would make anyone's heart stop for a fraction of a second. lol You did pick up a couple of IHs and a V nickel, so it was a good hunt either way. thumbsup01

Great find on the v nickle joe , and idians, bummer on the ring ,but a neat finds , aint this hobby great. thumbsup01

Unfortunately now they make so many incredibly-real looking 'diamond' rings :bangahead01:

Boy that ring looks like the real deal from the front. I would have been :cheering: Then I would have been :ticked: :ticked: :ticked: But some great looking coins. Can't go wrong with Indians and a V. :clapping:

When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was going to be about some of my in-laws :eyebrow: I must say I am relieved :grin:
I've gotten faked out by a few of those teaser rings myself ....hated it !! lol . Nice going on the clean V nickel and the Indian with the nice green patina . thumbsup01 thumbsup01
