wheatie record, silvers

Went back to one of my favorite places this afternoon, and pulled 21 wheaties, which is a record for me. It was frustrating, as it was just one wheatie after the next, and the silver just wouldn't come for a while :bangahead01:, but I kept at it and eventually got 5 silvers as well :happydance01:, for a total of 82 for the year.

Also pulled a sterling religious pendant ensconced in plastic, and a weird Canadian penny. I don't know anything about Canadian money, but it is definitely not copper. It rang as a silver, but it is a goldish color, with no caked on dirt, so who knows?

That's a great hunt! It's probably been 15 years since I pulled that much silver in a day, and I don't think I've ever dug that many wheats in a hunt!

You had a heck of day! Congrats!

Nice multi silver again Randy :clapping: I don't think there is anything special about Canadian pennies from that era  but maybe. You are tearing up the silver this year. I don't think I ever dug that many wheats in one day either lol

:peace:

Now that's an awesome hunt. Congrats.

Quite the pile of wheats and silver you added to your collection. :happydance01:
