great day our here in iowa , found a 1941d merc, 1946 rosie , 4 wheats , oldest 1920, some clad and this neat old relic, from 1936, the inner rim has from 1-26 on it , where the litle windows are , they line up with random letters that match up to the numbers , any ideas on it ?

Hey Dave, it's a Radio Orphan Annie Decoder Badge from Ovaltine lol I shouldn't laugh, they can be pretty pricey sometimes :shocked04: Seems they made them for a number of years in the 30's and maybe newer too. E bay has them all over. Here's yours:

I got a ROA item earlier this year, but that decoder is way cooler! Congrats on the sweet find and...DRINK MORE OVALTINE Ralphie!!!
