got a 1938d merc, 8 wheats ,oldest is 1911,17,30. and some clad and a silver ring , i can see , the L.I.B on the inside , pretty sure its made from a merc dime , same size ,

Nice, you got a coin ring. :clapping: Lots of people trying to make them these days. I'm not that patient lol Nice hunt and your Wheaty collection must be getting pretty big thumbsup01
 
I don't know if I could bring myself to do that to a merc. I would have tears in my eyes. lol Nice finds, Dave!
 
I do like the ring! :) But although mercs aren't my favorite coin, I could never do that to one. :-\ Great finds!

Nice finds but would say the ring was made from a quarter from the size of it. For I have made quite a few of them. H.H. Yazoo
