I have been spending nearly a month hunting constantly at the park construction project here in town. I decided for a change of pace this afternoon and drove to a nearby town where there is a larger road project going on since March. I have not been there in nearly a month so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am very glad I made the trip and will probably go back sometime next week. I found these items and a whole big pile of clad.

That's incredible! You have been having a crazy summer of detecting! What years are the Indians?

Simply AMAZING, Darren!
WHY/HOW DO YOU ALWAYS FIND MARBLES????
You are on a roll, I'd buy a lottery ticket!

Thank you! I think one IH is 1868, the rest are all early 1900's.

Thank you! I know, crazy on the marbles this year! The fact that the majority of the time I hunt tearouts, they are just there and I guess I just have an eye for them.

Not just any old seated but an 1853 with arrows! The 1868 Indian Head is a nice find too, as is the Barber Quarter! The conestoga bell cleaned up really well. I think they were often made from a high quality alloy.
:congrats:

Man, you're certainly having a great month of hunting. Amazing as to all the old coins you have uncovered. Congrats. WD
