It's a hobby that takes a lot of patience and perseverance. Public parks are getting very tough because they've been hunted so much. I sometimes try the less obvious places in parks like the ditches and under shrubs. Keep at it, good finds are around the corner.

Out west where we are, that is a good hunt. Good job.

Thank you!
I was referring to the age of the park! It was put in early 70’s. First time to hunt it actually! Barely touched it. But it’s fun sometimes to just get out and dig up any coins. Even though they may not be Silver!

Thats why I keep track of my clad some hunts don't turn out for the older stuff so I like to push how much $$'s I can find. One hunt I found 55 clad quarters, certainly helps pay for gas. Also, there are a few silvers in circulation yet, so you can always get lucky. Keep swinging as you never know what will pop out. Nice recoveries. WD

Thanks, yeah it’s always fun to just get out! Regardless of how much I find! Going to take my new MD to get use to the pull tab situation to that park!
