Hi all,
I finally got out for a few hours yesterday to battle the wet parks. I tried a more modern park since it was close to home and I was dying to get out. Haven't had much opportunity lately since heavy rain always seemed to coincide with my days off.
A few minutes in I was surprised with a shotgun headstamp. Guess this went back to well before the area was developed, but gave me hope there was some older stuff to be found. Not many good signals, so dug pretty much everything outside of pulltab range. This turned out to be a good idea! After a bunch of clad, I rang up a 12-43 at 2 inches. Typical zincoln signal. But surprised I was when I saw shiny emerge from the grass! Beautiful silver ring with stones. I saw the a 1/4TW stamp across from the .925 once I wiped it down. I did some research and found it's a limited designer ring that was sold by Kay jewlers for over $400. Silver with 1/4 carat total weight of black diamonds!

Not long after in the same general area I hit a clear 12-47 at 3 inches. Sure enough, another silver ring!

At first I thought it had mower damage, but after cleaning I found it just had a twist design. Guessing it's an older style?
Didnt find much else of note but 2 wheats and a nice 1964 silver rosie.

Thanks! GL&HH!
