My Last Two Hunts of June

Digger Don

I got out with Tony & Noah last Saturday. I had a slow day (compared to them) one rosie, one merc and a bowling championship badge, but near the end of the day a dug a beautiful Silver watch which I posted earlier.

I've notice most of this season that I've been missing targets that Tony and Tim have finding behind me. I also haven't been hearing a lot of deep targets. I've been thinking that maybe I lost my mojo. It's been getting kind of frustrating.
Yesterday afternoon, Noah and I decided to go out for a few hours. Before we left I removed my coil and replaced with the one off my sons machine. Wow, as soon as I hit the ground I was picking up 8-9" signals. I dug three deeper dimes and an Indian yesterday, including one that was about 15 inches from where I dug a Walker a few weeks ago. I never heard it that day. Yesterday, clear as day!
So, hopefully my Mojo is intact and I just need a new coil!

Here are my finds from my last two hunts:

You have always had your mojo...even when Tim tries to sabotage your coil...you still had a great month. Well done!

Tim - you're in trouble now!

Don't sell yourself short, Don! We all know there is nothing wrong with your abilities! I'm glad you pinpointed the problem. (No pun intended.)

That 1889 Indian Head is gorgeous! Such a beautiful green patina on it and amazing detail. It's a looker!

I love that bowling medal too. I just noticed that the bowling ball only has two holes in it. Weird! So cool that it has the 1935 date. Awesome find!

:congrats:
