Motivated by all the golf course goodies coming up latley, I found a public driving range thats is the only remaining hole from a golf club that was originally 9 holes and opened in 1898 with 120 members. The course officially closed in 1920 and the land was sold off and developed what remains is a 22 acre park with a driving range and putting green. I spent just over an hour and a half looking for a “sweet spot” managed a few keepers, hoping to return soon. 1898 indian, 1905 V nickle, 1941 mercury dime, sweet orr 4 holed button circa 1880’s an ornate drawer pull and a porcelain child sitting on a toilet reading a book made in Japan. Thank for looking HH

It's funny...I have an abandoned golf course in my area which hasn't produced so much as a memorial. I've been there three times and nada. Congrats on the sweet keepers on your course...can you look into permission for any of the other holes?...or they all houses?
