50th Silver & LC

Went out for a couple hours this evening to try out Del's program he gave me yesterday.. went to an old park and squeeked out my 50th silver, 1964 Rosie, Ironically, a rosie was last years 50th silver as well..

The Large Cent I actually found last week, at the same park and finally decided I best scan it and get it up here.. its pretty spanked.. no date, the liberty if facing right, and I swear I can see a triangle (cap) at the back the head when I tilt it in certain directions to cast a shadow.. I don't know if its a cap or my eyes wishing to be that way.. none the less it an LC..

I'm not really certain about the copper, but it does look like a draped bust to me. :confused: Corroded or not, it's a sweet find. :yes:

Oh I know I have plenty of time to improve.. Im actually planning on passing your silver finds this year rofl Im just playing my cards right to make you feel that your in the lead rofl

Seriously.. I think Last year I ended up around 55 or so silver.. and that was early December.. so Its a long shot.. but with a couple honey spots I could possibly make 100..

You can see the ribbon in her hair. The Capped Bust would be much thicker too. The good news is they stopped making them in 1807 <:

Congrats!! Its always good to hit your goals. Silver is nice, but I really love finding the older coins though like that LC.

Nice going on the LC and the 50 silvers thumbsup01 thumbsup01 .Those 64 Roosies and even 64 Washingtons seem to pop up with a bit of regularity but the 64 Kennedy's sure don't ( only dug one in 18 years ) .
