I had wanted to get out with Lee today but the wife had a list of things that needed to be done. I managed about a 1 1/2 hour hunt though.

The sterling silver item is marked STERLING 402 but I have no idea what it is.....ideas anybody. My lonely coin is 1945 wheat so no addition to my signature. The last keeper would be the fishing reel. I can't find a name or and markings on it and it is small.... so once again I will go the forum pool of knowledge.....

Update - - So after messing with the silver item I broke it in half. On the inside was a, I guess for a better word a dabber, much like a perfume dabber. So I'm leaning towards a perfume container.

Thanks for reading and HH everybody

Fishing reel looks like it could be an old Shakespeare circa the 40s or 50s. The silver is a cool find. No idea what 402 means, but gives me something to look research.

Very cool fishing reel. My guess would be from the 40s

Nice finds from a short hunt Al. Fishing reel looks early 20th century if I had to guess.
