hooked up with paul and frank for a journey towards the center of the state.
we found quite a few sites.paul was the first to hit pay dirt with a 1819 matron head large cent.
frank was next with his draped bust large cent.
after a long sweltering day i finally got one at a different site. a 1749 King George II.
a nice one piece button,2 colonial shoe buckle frames.one is iron the other brass. a #1 small crotal bell
i think the lighter looking thing is a match safe.
was a grueling hot day but we all came away happy!
