Today I was able to get out for a few hours to detect so I headed to a CT park to see if I could dig up a few of the shiny coins. I did find three mercury dimes, but I also managed to dig up two Indian Head cents, dated 1900 and 1902, and two large cents, dated 1819 and 1849. :happydance01:
I never tire of digging up mercury dimes. :smitten:

The recent coppers I have been finding have been in very bad shape, but the 1819 does look like it has held up well and should clean up nicely.
