A Little Vacation Silver

Today I found myself in Mason, Michigan running some errands and doing some antique shopping. I pull in to town and lo and behold a street/sidewalk project! Yes! Fortunately, I had my gear with me in the rental car. Off I went for about 1 1/2 hours. Got a 1942 Merc, 1951 & 1964 Rosie, an 1890IH and some other interesting items. This is in the very center of town and quite old, so I was expecting some real oldies, but was happy with what I found. Also, a picture below of the beautiful Ingham County Courthouse.

I wish I had a capable machine and was avid into the hobby when I saw tear-outs. I had a cheapo detector that sat in a closet while those were happening. Now I have better machines and learned at least the BH very well. There was one near me done within past 6 years on a street that went by an 1800, 1801, 1748 where a gold coin was found, 1930, and a town farm. Congrats on the silvers. I like that piece below the rosie. It reminds me of Chinese checkers. Who knows. It could be early 1900s but may be Victorian based upon the design around the circles.
