Between work and the heat, we haven't been getting out much this past week. I got a couple of after work hunts in and a few hours on Sunday. Here's what I got.

Nice Chinese coin. I found one last year at Douglas park Chicago and looks the same as yours. Also found around 8 of those shell tokens....

Some very nice finds! Nice to know there is still a lot of great stuff to be dug up in the Midwest.

Quite a varied bit of finds. Lol. That token throws you off. First you see the dates 1849 and 1850, then you see the smaller copyright date. I think he had the second shortest term in presidency. Any motivation to date the cash coin?

Actually,yes. My buddy Zrickkid knows professor at a collage that can date it for me. I'll keep you posted.

Some nice stuff there! I'm not familiar with Chinese coins at all. What metal are they, and this one in particular, made of?

Nice! There are some websites that make identifying those Chinese coins fairly easy. I like that World Cup pin ! :congrats:
