Hockeyguy (Aaron) and myself tried out a new park today.. it was brutally hot 98 degrees with a heat index of 108.. but we managed to get in a few hours before the heat defeated us.
I ended up with another nice silver religious pendant, 1944 Merc & finally a 1942 Merc, which if you notice the edge of the coin it was once part of a ring or pendant.

3 silvers in that heat? That was a great feat :yes: It's real hard to concentrate when the temps are up above 80. So 98 is extremely dehydrating and very fatiguing. Great job. I bet the ground was very soft? lol

Yes it is hard to concentrate when it feels like your melting.. we had plenty of water, and yes... the ground was like butter.. petrafied butter that is ;)

With a little bit of water and some good finds the heat can be over looked a little I bet lol
