It's been a while my friends. Life keeps getting busier and detecting is generally one of the first things to take a back seat. I finally got around to putting together my good digs from 2014 for a "year in review" post.
Although I spent about half as much time detecting in 2014 as any previous year, the hunts I did get in were generally more productive than in years past. I found a few new spots that gave up some goodies and as always I worked some old favorites sites for more keepers.
Long story short, I wound up with a humble 42 silver coins, 8 pieces of gold, 42 pieces of silver, a small handful of relics, and around 3,100 coins total.
Hopefully I'll be able to get in more time digging in 2015, although that hasn't been the case thus far.
