My first ever V nickel. It will look a lot better after some soaking in Olive oil and water.

Gotta get a better camera or put it into macro mode. Nice tho on finding your first V. See, even here it can play tricks on you looking almost like 1969...which is obvi impossible for a V.

I personally haven't had much luck with using olive oil to clean coins, it seems to have no effect. There is actually a very good thread about cleaning nickels here:

Try worstershire sauce,it works well on buffalo nickels.
