Found a proof coin in the case

I found this at an old park, and I thought I`d share. It is different and it`s not a real coin, but pretty cool. I mean how often do you find a coin in a case? It has the weight but no currency. So How`s who ? Sorry about the pics, I`m using a Vivitar camera (still learning).

I can see it says Honoring Tomorrow's Leaders Today on one side. What's the other side say?

I am probably wrong but I believe I have seen that motto before... is that associated with the Future Farmers of America

I guess it`s a reward coin. I wish there were a name and date on it so I could return it to the person who earned it.
