Nice copper!!! Even if it's wiped you still know it's old! Maybe take a swipe of a brass brass and take a pic under the sun.. we might be able to see a type of coin... that property is being generous to you :)

WTG on getting another copper. Do you think that the IH and the LC we tied together as they are both holed. An 1867 IH, isn't that one of the good ones to get? 18 IH's year to date is pretty good.

Boy that copper is toasted. Still a great find though. That's a sweet indian. I like it when the older ones come out in not too bad a shape. Keep hitting that location!

the copper is a thin one compared to the other , its very possible its a colonial King George half penny and would be my guess. congrats on it and the semi key indian

Two great finds! Congrats on the possible King George half penny and the scarce 1867 Indian Head! :clapping:

You don't see too many holed Indian Heads. I think it gives a coin character. Makes you wonder if someone wore it around their neck for luck.

:congrats:
